Manila, July 7, 2016 --- The Professional Regulation Commission announces the list of approved applicants for accreditation as Real Estate Appraisers, in accordance with Section 20, Article III of the Republic Act No. 9646 known as the “Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines”, and Section 20, Rule III of Board Resolution No. 02, Series of 2010, known as the “Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 9646”, as follows:

Real Estate Appraisers Certificate of Registration (COR) and Professional Identification Cards (PICs) will be issued after they have taken their respective Oath as Professionals and payment of prescribed fees.
